Exploring Winter Park
Home to Rollins College, a center of the arts, and the Morse Museum, curators of the world’s finest collection of Tiffany glass, Winter Park is a canopied city, a delight to roam on foot.
On Lake Maitland, Kraft Azalea Garden showcases its namesake on a sweep of shoreline graced by ancient cypress.

The gardens of the Albin Polasek Museum feature the Czech artist’s sculptures in cultivated gardens along Lake Osceola.
Canals interconnect several lakes. The Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour provides a guided tour, but paddlers can launch at Dinky Dock Park.

A stroll along the interpretive Watershed Trail from Dinky Dock leads along Lake Virginia at Rollins College, ending at French Avenue.
South of downtown is Mead Botanical Garden, established in 1940 to honor naturalist Theodore Mead.
